• To apply remove one part of the silicone backing paper this is marked "1" prior to application.
• Position the dressing onto your skin and remove the second part of the silicone backing paper. Then smooth the dressing down into place, applying light pressure.
• Lastly, peel off the dressing carrier which is marked "2".
When removing, a slight lattice pattern may be visible on your skin. Please do not stack or overlap dressings.
