Returns
At Pharmacy Planet, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return products purchased from us. We aim to make this process as simple and straightforward as possible. Below, we outline our returns policy for both non-medicinal products and medicines.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Prescription and Medical Products
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns of medical products, including prescription or non-prescription medicines. If you have unwanted medicine, please take it to a local pharmacy for safe disposal.
As a result, we are unable to offer refunds for returned prescription treatments unless they fall under the following circumstances:
- The product is damaged or defective.
- The wrong product has been sent to you.
- We have made a mistake in fulfilling your order.
If your order falls under one of these categories, please contact our support team as soon as possible. In some cases, we may require evidence such as a photograph of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We are unable to reimburse the cost of return delivery unless otherwise agreed upon with our customer care team.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your prescription order up until the point it has been approved by a clinician. Once approved, cancellations are no longer possible.
If this is your first order and your prescription has not yet been processed, you can request cancellation by emailing headoffice@pharmacyplanet.com. Our clinical team will then reject your order, and issue you a refund. Non-prescription product orders may be cancelled in line with our standard returns policy.
Non-Medical Product Returns
For non-medical products, you have 7 days from the day after you receive the product to change your mind and request a return. If your order is split into multiple deliveries, you have 7 days from the last delivery to request a return.
However, this excludes sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, unless they:
- Were damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- Were incorrectly delivered.
- If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible. We will either replace the product or issue a refund for the amount paid.
Refunds
You must return the product in accordance with our reasonable request as soon as possible after informing us that the product is damaged or defective.
We accept refund requests for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products for up to 7 days after you receive your item.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Once a refund is issued, it typically takes 4-5 working days to appear in your bank account.
