Returns
At Pharmacy Planet, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return products purchased from us. We aim to make this process as simple and straightforward as possible. Below, we outline our returns policy for both non-medicinal products and medicines.
Non-Medicinal Products
If you wish to return a non-medicinal product, it must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.
To initiate a return:
1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to inform us of your intention to return the product.
2. Once your return request is approved, we will send over a returns label for you to return the goods.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund using the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. If it does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us.
If you are returning an item for reasons not related to damage, faults, or incorrect delivery, you are responsible for covering the return postage. However, we do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged, or incorrect products.
If you receive any goods that are damaged on delivery, then we must be contacted immediately. We shall advise on what steps should be taken to resolve the issue.
Medicines
If you are unhappy with the medication supplied, we can issue you with a full refund once you have returned this back to our dispensary address outlined below:

You will need to inform our Head Office team on headoffice@pharmacyplanet.com to discuss why you will be creating a return. Once this is accepted, you can proceed to return the item to us and expect a refund within 5 working days once the item has been received.
