For safety reasons, refunds and exchanges will NOT be given on any medicines. If you believe an order has been filled incorrectly please contact the delivering branch. Medicines will have the dispensary contact details on the labels of every item.
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery if you do wish to query a medicinal product.
If you receive any goods that are damaged on delivery, then we must be contacted immediately. We shall advise on what steps should be taken to resolve the issue.
