Fostair Nexthaler is a powder that is inhaled through your mouth and released deep into your lungs. It contains two active ingredients: beclomethasone dipropionate anhydrous and formoterol fumarate dihydrate.

Uncommon (at least 1 in 100 patients):

• flu-like symptoms, sore throat
• fungal infections (of the mouth and throat). To reduce these side effects, rinse your mouth or gargle with water or brush your teeth after using the inhaler.

• hoarseness
• cough
• exceptionally fast heartbeat
• exceptionally slow heartbeat
• A feeling of tightness in the chest
• headache
• sickness
• feeling tired or snowy
• electrocardiographic abnormalities (ECG)
• decreased cortisol concentration in urine or blood
• An increased concentration of potassium in the blood
• increased blood glucose concentration
• An increased concentration of fatty acids in the blood.
