How Do I Take Misoprostol?

If you are taking this medication to induce a miscarriage, the doctor will prescribe you to take it orally with another medication called Mifepristone.

Misoprostol Dosage

The recommended dosage for NSAID induced ulcers is 200 mcg taken 4 times daily. This dose can be reduced to 100 mcg in patients who cannot tolerate the regular dosage.
