How to Apply GranuGEL
Preparation
- Wash hands and use gloves.

Application
- Open the sterile tube immediately before use.
- Apply GranuGEL directly to the wound surface, covering the wound bed to a depth of approximately 3 to 5mm.
- For cavity wounds, fill the cavity loosely - do not pack tightly.
- Apply the secondary dressing immediately over the gel.
- Label with the date and time.
Change Frequency
- Change every one to three days, depending on wound condition and exudate.
- At each change, assess whether slough or necrosis is softening and loosening.
- If the wound bed is improving toward clean granulating tissue, continue use.
- If the wound is infected or worsening, seek clinical assessment before continuing.
