Biatain® Soft-Hold is a soft and conformable polyurethane foam dressing with an adherent layer covering less than 50% of the foam surface. This allows both hands to be free during dressing application and removal. Biatain® Soft-Hold consists of a vapour permeable top film, which is bacteria- and waterproof, an absorbent polyurethane foam and a partially adherent layer.The unique 3D foam structure absorbs the exudate vertically and locks the fluid away within its structure, still leaving the wound moist providing good wound healing conditions.

Biatain® Soft-Hold can be used in combination with compression therapy. Biatain® Soft-Hold should not be used for donor sites. With Biatain® Soft-Hold remove the backing film prior to application. Always apply the plain white side of the Biatain dressing to the wound. Secure Biatain® Non Adhesive and Biatain Soft-Hold with a secondary dressing
